I was a GP
for 30 years.
Then I became
the patient.

For three decades I sat on the other side of the consultation room. I watched the same pattern play out hundreds of times. An individual who had clearly been struggling for a long time. A system without the capacity to hold their complexity. Reassurance that didn't land. A prescription that didn't address the real problem. Someone leaving feeling smaller than when they arrived.

I always knew there was something missing. I just didn't yet have the language for it.

Then my own health started unravelling. Chronic fatigue. Brain fog. Symptoms that came and went without explanation. I, a doctor of 30 years, went to see a doctor. My tests came back normal. I was told to manage my stress.

That experience cracked something open. I went deep. Nervous system regulation. Health coaching. The intersection of chronic stress and physical symptoms that conventional medicine is only just beginning to comprehend. What I found changed everything.
